Shiroq Al-Megren is an Assistant Professor of Information Technology at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She has received her bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from King Saud University with second class honours in 2007. She holds a PhD in Computing Science from the University of Leeds (2016) and MSc from the Newcastle University (2011), the United Kingdom. She has published numerous research papers in human-computer interaction and participated in several conference and workshops. Her areas of interest include: accessibility, tangible user interface, touch interaction, and smart distributed system.
